Client Onboarding & Regulatory Services (CORS) is an Operations function within the Institutional Securities Group Product Operations (ISGPO) and is responsible for regulatory client onboarding, refresh and screening. KYC Refresh supports a number of regulatory compliance requirements specified by our local/global regulators and provide rigorous and robust process of investigation that seeks, with reasonable assurance, to verify and validate the customer's identify and business.


The Refresh Team is responsible for managing the refresh program across global jurisdictions, including increased capacity to deliver tailored metrics oriented solutions across CORS. The team partners with closely with Global Financial Crimes, Legal and Compliance, internal/external stakeholders to contribute to the success of the refresh Program.

This position is for a Business Analyst role. The candidate will be responsible for proactively compiling all information required to design and develop first rate analytic solutions within the PSM team and CORS and lead engagement with a broad range of stakeholders and collaborate closely with technical colleagues to ensure operational aims are met.

QUALIFICATIONS

Skills required:
  • Time Management in demanding environments
  • Proactively capture and document client requirements and processes (both business and technical)
  • Identification of opportunities to streamline processes and drive operational efficiency for a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Identification and presentation of KPIs and business insights in heterogenous environments
  • Transform domain knowledge into clear reporting and actionable insights
  • Document, assess and communicate reviews of project deliverables
  • Conduct ideation generation workshops and accurately communicate findings
  • Collaboration with both technical and project focused stakeholders
  • Liaise with geographically distributed teams
  • Expertise in data visualisation and reporting in a cross-functional team and to senior stakeholders using business intelligence tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Qlikview,etc.)
  • Define, update and implement first rate procedures
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • First rate written, oral and visual communication
  • Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analysing datasets (R, Python Excel, SPSS, SAS etc)
- Data Visualisation
  • Knowledge of KYC/AML (preferred)



Experience
  • Qualified at degree level in a business-related discipline or information systems
  • 3+ years experience as a Business Analyst in a banking environment
  • Proven capacity to engage and influence a broad range of stakeholders
  • Solid technological knowledge exceeding core Office products
  • Experience coordinating or delivering essential business visualisation and reporting projects or products
  • Track record of thorough and complete documentation practices
  • Demonstrated capacity for conceptual thinking and statistical reasoning
  • Experience of leadership and achievement in high performing teams
  • Knowledge of KYC/AML (highly desirable)
